Cancellation policy

Before departure

Passengers should request cancellation as early as possible. Cancellation charges may increase closer to departure time and some last-minute cancellations may not be refundable.

Refund processing

Eligible online payment refunds are processed to the original payment method. Cash bookings are handled by the support or booking counter team after verification.

No-show cases

Passengers who do not report at the boarding point on time may be treated as no-show, and refund eligibility may be limited.

Operator cancellation

If Gungun Travels or an operator cancels a service, passengers may receive an alternate travel option or eligible refund based on operational status.
