Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how bookings, payments, travel responsibility, and passenger obligations work on Gungun Travels.
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment or authorized cash booking. The passenger must carry a valid ticket and a valid identity document while travelling.
Passenger responsibility
Passengers must report to the boarding point before the scheduled departure time. Gungun Travels is not responsible for missed buses caused by late arrival at the boarding point.
Fare and availability
Fares, seat availability, boarding points, and departure times can change based on route operations, demand, and service conditions.
Service changes
In case of operational disruptions, Gungun Travels may arrange an alternate bus, revise boarding details, delay departure, or issue eligible refunds as per policy.
